Yes It's actually happening this time, we've been saying it's this year for the last 2 years but finally it is this year!

Mine and Tj's wedding will be October this year, no final dates are set yet as we have to book the ceremony first which we will be doing in the coming weeks, we've decided to get married at the beautiful registry in Brisbane City gardens, we spent most days early in our relationship in those gardens, and amazing times they were!
So what better reception could we have but a picnic in the gardens itself. On a gorgeous spring October day sitting in the sunshine with friends and family, although it is only a small intimate gathering of around 12-13 people, it will make it that extra special.

I have so many gorgeous food ideas and I'm excited that I get to make it myself! some of it will consist of heart shaped scones and home made jam, fruit platters, smoked salmon and cream cheese sandwiches, tea cakes and more... obviously the wine will be non alcoholic but who needs alcohol!
I am close to ordering my gorgeous dress which I can't wait to see the finished product. And most of all I can't wait to be a "Price", to be the wife of my gorgeous man who I love dearly and to have the same name as him and our beautiful son we have created and also our three other boys (my stepsons) who I love just as much.

My little D is finally walking at 14months, I'm so proud of him!
He's been walking on furniture and holding my hand for about 3-4 months and thought he would walk sooner than he did but because he perfected the art of standing on his own for sometime and bending down without holding on to anything he was able to then walk with balance without falling at all really, so I'm quite happy he walked later than others now because I don't have to worry about him hurting himself.

If your baby is taking time to walk don't worry because they all do it in their own time and he/she is probably perfecting another skill they want to learn first!

The media are goin crazy about Uk artists M.I.A's video about ginger men being taken to the desert by the armed forces and being shot and blown up, it's been removed from youtube but it is no worse than lady gaga showing off her muff and butt or rappers talking about drugs, violence to women or any of the other disgusting things they sing about.
It just seems anything politically motivated everyone wants to hide and disgrace it, but keep the violence, sex and drugs coming!

I have recently started a mums group called world4mums, it's for mums in the local area to get together once a week and socialise, share experiences and get the kids together to play and do activities, The first meeting is on 22/4/2010 1pm at Queens Park, Ipswich so if you happen to be in the area and are a mum then come and join the group at the link above!

Tanner our 7 month old Tenterfield terrier is homosexually in love with the King Charles next door, they're constantly escaping from each others Gardens to see each other and do "the business" it's pretty gross and quite embarrassing when I had to knock on next door and ask if I can get Tanner from their Garden and us both going out there and they're humping each other oh and Tanner also humps the cat, I think I will look a few things up on how to tame his humping.
